Starting A Project
With the assistance of an experienced Project Manager, we’ll start the process with a simple questionnaire. JCC will review plans, determine project requirements, and prepare forms for submission.
JCC creates all applications for your project and will manage key stakeholders to ensure all required tasks are completed. Once the applications are submitted, we’ll track the submission status, so you don’t have to.
To avoid unnecessary rounds of objections, JCC is thorough during the planning review. If the NYC DOB issues objections on your application, JCC will consult on zoning and code compliance, and meet with examiners on your behalf.
Managing Permits & Amendments
Once your project is approved, JCC can assist in the permitting process, manage active permits, and expiration. As construction commences, JCC is here to file amendments.
